1.
GETTING NEW CNIC FROM NADRA
REQUIRMENTS
·
18 Years or above
·
Form B + Parents CNIC.
·
If Form B is not made then must bring computerized Birth
Certificate ( signed from UNIOUN COUNCIL) + Parents CNIC Copies
.
NORMAL APPLY FOR GETTING CNIC
·
First time CNIC will be made without any cost .
·
Days required or making new CNIC are 45 days .
URGENT APPLY FOR GETTING CNIC
·
On urgent apply for CNIC RS 300 will be charged
·
Days required or making new CNIC are 25 days .
EXCETIVE APPLY FOR GETTING CNIC
·
In case of emergency RS 1000 will be charged
·
Days required or making new CNIC are 7-10 working days .
PROCEDURE FOR GETTING NEW CNIC
·
Visit to NADRA office at Shakar Shah Road near Jinnah Jameh
School and College Haripur.
·
YOU have to collect token from COUNTER 1 .
·
After getting token you will be preceded to next counter where
your picture will be capture for CNIC.
·
Then you have to move to next counter where your finger prints
will be taken.
·
Then on next counter employee of NADRA will feed your data in
data base.
·
A print of your data will be send to NADRA MAIN OFFICE
ISLAMABAD for approval
·
You have to kept the token and after required days you have to
visit the NADRA office, handover the token and collect your CNIC.
·
Validity of your CNIC will 10 years after the issuing date.
·
After 10 years your CNIC will be expired and you have to renew
it.

PROCEDRUE FOR RENEWAL OF CNIC
·
You have to just give application form along with old CNIC.
·
A token will be given to you.\

3. GETTING CNIC IN CASE OF LOST OR STOLEN
·
First F.I.R in police station and bring a copy of F.I.R to
NADRA office
·
Fill the application for getting new CNIC .
·
A token will be given to you .
·
Handover the token to NADRA when you get your new CNIC.

GETTING NEW CNIC FOR NICOP
NATIONAL ID CARDS FOR OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS
·
This CNIC is issued to those person who have foreign countries
VISA on their passport .
